Douglas brings nearly 13 years of experience managing diverse property portfolios across retail and residential. As the original Building Manager of Ed Square for over 5.5 years, he has unmatched knowledge of the site and an established track record of operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

His hands-on approach to proactive maintenance, compliance, and community building has set the standard for what great facility management looks like across Sydney's most prominent commercial and mixed-use developments.

Facility Manager

Thomas joined Cornerstone after completing a Bachelor of Business with Distinction (Finance & IT) at UTS. Personally trained by Douglas, he has developed a strong foundation in facility operations, compliance, and stakeholder management across a range of residential assets.

His background in finance and data analysis brings additional depth to the team — supporting informed decision-making, reporting, and the day-to-day delivery of services to clients and residents.

Doug served as the original Building Manager of Ed Square for over 5.5 years — a large mixed-use development encompassing residential towers, a town centre with over 90 retailers, dining, entertainment, and extensive open spaces. Projects included CCTV upgrades, waste facility changes across four towers, comms tower installation, and mains RPZ replacement across all residential buildings.
